I build knowledge systems that make execution faster in organizations operating at scale (multi-site, multi-country, complex operations) - by turning scattered information into clear, reliable, and reusable knowledge for teams and AI assistants.

My thread: making knowledge usable
That’s what led me to Knowledge Management.
At Fabernovel, I took on a transverse role as Knowledge Director. My job was not to “build a pretty wiki.” It was to help people work better by turning scattered knowledge into a system that is clear, navigable, and alive.
When Fabernovel joined EY, the challenge became even more real: scaling from a 350‑person company to a 100,000‑person group requires more than new tools. It requires shared understanding, good structures, and content people can actually use.

Today: strategic and hands-on
Today, I’m an independent Knowledge Manager. I lead end-to-end Knowledge Management programs for scale-ups and large organizations (luxury, travel retail, logistics): from vision and operating model to governance, hands-on implementation, adoption, and measurable improvement.

My “why”: transmission
My personal “why” is simple: I care about transmission.
Outside of my KM work, I have spent a decade as a professional genealogist as a side activity. It’s a different world, but it reinforces the same instincts: respect for sources, love of investigation, and the belief that knowledge only matters when it can be retrieved, understood, and passed on.
In every mission, my goal is to turn “knowledge chaos” into a system that helps teams move faster, onboard better, and build long-term value, with clarity, simplicity, and real adoption.
